About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is grounded in relational and psychodynamic practices, which means I help you explore how your past experiences influence your present and how your relationships—whether romantic, family, work, or friendships—shape your overall well-being. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including residential care, elder care, outpatient clinics, group practices, and telehealth. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges people face at different stages of life.

My Approach

I believe therapy is a unique and personal process, built on a foundation of trust and collaboration. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel truly heard and supported—where you can unpack your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. My passion lies in helping clients uncover a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, making sense of the patterns and challenges that shape their lives.

I know how confusing relationships can be at times. Whether it’s with a partner, family, or even yourself, it’s easy to feel stuck or unsure about what you need. On top of that, life’s demands—balancing your own needs while showing up for others—can feel like too much to carry alone. I’m here to help you sort through it all, connect with what matters most, and create a life that truly reflects who you are.
